tenancy agreement "tenancy agreement" means any agreement whereby a landlord agrees to let and a tenant agrees to take any padi land for the purpose of cultivating padi and includes any agreement whereby any person agrees to work on any padi land for payment of a share of the crop or any consideration in lieu thereof;
